Arlo's Melody Maker
Here's a rehab I did this winter of a 60's Gibson Melody Maker. At some point a dang fool had painted it pink. I'm glad I could have the opportunity to correct that idiot's sins. I refretted the neck, made the pickguard, painted the headstock and refinished the guitar. The logo is a decal. The neck pickup is a Lawrence Keystone tele neck, and the bridge pickup is a Duncan JB humbucker. The neck is straight as an arrow and the body rings sorta acoustically when I play it unplugged. This guitar is gonna do cool things again.
